Fermenter
A stainless-steel vessel for the preparation and storage of wines. These vessels are entirely airtight, allowing for the preservation of the organoleptic and flavor properties of the product.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
- Vessel Volume: from 100 to 500,000 liters
- Vessel Thickness: 0.6 to 5 mm (depending on the volume)
- Various finishing options (2C, 2B, BA, etc.)
- Bottom Options: flat, inclined, spherical, conical
- Presence of drain valves: any required quantity
- Vessels with stationary legs and without them
- Presence of a pump and a pressure gauge reflecting pressure
- Presence of a breather valve in the lid to release excess pressure inside the vessel and prevent the entry of oxygen
- Presence of a top or side hatch
- Cooling/heating jacket
- Temperature sensor
