MACRODUE® helps manage yeast activity, colour development, and fermentation balance, resulting in cleaner and more stable wines.

The system allows accurate gas control and is suitable for both white and red wines.

The process is based on moderate oxygen supply, providing nutrients for yeast and improving wine structure and aroma.
