MANNOZYM

Description:

Granular enzymatic compound, with beta-glucanasic activity to aid clarification and filtration in wines made with botrytised grapes.

  • Degrades glucans, facilitating clarification and filtration.
  • Considerable lysogenic action that increases levels of natural yeast cell components, particularly mannoproteins.

COMBO APPROACH®

Considerable results are achieved by adding, in the initial ageing stages, Mannozym® and L.P.A.® (Activated Yeast Paste), to obtain general stabilization and protection of the colloidal system.

MASTERVIN BIO GEL

Description:

Very pure, organic certified food-grade pigskin gelatin characterised by a high surface electrical charge and moderate tannin removal action.

  • Suited for the treatment of organic wines with wide ranging tannicity.

ZIMAFLOW

Description:

Pectolytic and beta-glucanasic liquid enzymatic compound for the improvement of wine clarification and filterability.

  • It is able to specifically breakdown pectins, glucans and polysaccharides, while respecting the characteristic qualities of the wine being treated.
  • Used on wines before bottling, it improves filterability indices so as to facilitate the process towards final filtration.
  • On highly turbid wines, increases the speed of spontaneous clarification.

SMARTVIN FPS

Description:

Pelletized carbon with specific phenolic absorbent and low decolorizing power.

The raw material used for SMARTVIN® FPS (For Phenol Sorbing) is a vegetable carbon that presents a considerable specific area of absorption. It is a high purity product, activated by steam, with a low malleable metals content.

SMARTVIN® FPS for its specific characteristics and its porosity, can selectively absorb pigments and small molecules. As a secondary activity, it can also remove ethyl phenols in wines.

The usage of SMARTVIN® FPS in the cellar instead of traditional carbons, contributes to dust reduction in the workplace.

SMARTVIN CARB

Description:

Very pure vegetable carbon, agglomerated into pellets.

The use of SMARTVIN® CARB decisively limits dust formation in the working environment: a highly effective carbon and the respect of the workers!

SMARTVIN® CARB has good decolouring power and excellent adsorbing power for both anthocyanins and easily oxidisable oligomers, which are a cause of instability in white wines. It is suitable for static clarification, filtration, and also flotation, due to its structure.

COMBO APPROACH®

Due to its characteristics it is the most suited product in its category for flotation and works perfectly in synergy with the products Flottocarb® and Flottobent®, preferably following a preparation treatment of the must with Flottozima®.
