Natural granular sodium bentonite with strong deproteinising power
Plusgran® is a bentonite selected from the best montmorillonite minerals extracted from deposits in the Mediterranean area. The mineral’s characteristics and the activation process allow a bentonite with high deproteinising capacity to be obtained. After activation, Plusgran® is granulated using a process that reduces the time necessary for a rehydration that can ensure the product’s maximum effectiveness.

With regard to contaminant transfers Micosorb® Plus is completely inert.
MASTERVIN COMPACT
Granular compound of silica gel adsorbed to a specific sodium bentonite. Excellent compacting qualities.
KITOSMART
Specific chitosan with stabilising activity on microorganisms. It is a clarifying agent that does not interfere with the original matrix at the sensory level.
It does not contain ingredients considered allergenic by current European legislation.

Very pure alimentary gelatine, with clearing effect and medium detannifying action.
The production process allows a high purity “gold” grade gelatine powder to be obtained, respecting the strictest qualitative standards.

GELAXINA ATO
Alimentary gelatine desiccated with the “spray dry” system, ideal for treatment of strongly tannic wines.
Very pure, atomised and readily soluble in cold water, it produces perfectly clear solutions, free from gelling power. It is of “pigskin” origin. To be used for sensory purposes. Moderately clearing.

FPS
Vegetable carbon, specific adsorbent
A specific phenolic adsorbent, FPS is a very pure product with low leachable metal content. Due to its specific characteristics and porosity the Research and Development department recognised its ability to selectively absorb pigments, small molecules and ethyl phenols. It has good decolouring power and helps to remove anthocyanins and easily oxidisable oligomers, which are a cause of chromatic instability.
FLOTTOPLUS 2.0
Powdered product with high electrical surface charge, specific for floatation and static clarification.
COMBO APPROACH®
Due to its features, this is the most suitable product in its category for floatation and it works in perfect synergy with Flottocarb® and Flottobent®, especially following a must preparation treatment with Flottozima®. In continuous floatation systems, Flottoplus® 2.0 is dosed in-line by the Dosacom® unit.
FLOTTOGEL
Food-grade pigskin gelatin, powder form. Applied in clarification of musts and fruit juices via the processes of flotation.
Due to its characteristics it is the most suited in its category for flotation and works perfectly in synergy with the products Flottocarb® and Flottobent®, preferably following a preparation treatment of the must with Flottozima®.
In continuous flotation systems the Flottogel® solution is in-line dosed by Dosacom® systems.
