PREMIUM VINACCIOLO SG

Description:

Elegant, condensed tannin-based granular product, the result of a careful selection of the best extractable grape tannins.

The composition of Premium® Vinacciolo SG is characteristically catechinic, which comes from well-ripened berries. Hence it has a very pleasant and fresh organoleptic aspect, which once blended into the structure helps to maintain the wine’s redox stability over time. Its formulation gives it a high reactivity both towards proteins (including the polyphenol oxidases) and coloring substances, giving it limited but present clarifying activity. Due to its finesses and reactivity, it can be used from vinification until the phases preceding bottling.

Premium® Vinacciolo SG is the catechinic par excellence.

A special treatment called “instantising” makes Premium® Vinacciolo SG readily soluble in water while respecting its valuable organoleptic qualities and specific reactivity (SG Patent).

Description:

A granulated blend of gentle ellagic tannins obtained from French oak.

Description:

Granulated product obtained from an exclusive and balanced combination of gallic-condensed tannins, stabilized with natural polysaccharides, to preserving the varietal aromas.

  • Used in the treatment of white and rosé wines from the first stages of maturation, wines maintain their volume and will be more resistant to oxidation, maintaining fresh varietal fruity notes.

SMARTAN UVA SG

Description:

Granulated product, obtained from tannins entirely extracted from grapes.

SMARTAN® UVA SG is a product based on grape’s cathechinic tannins with high performance in terms of supporting the tannic structure and with great efficacy in stabilizing the coloring fraction. For these characteristics, it is helpful in the first vinification phases, during fining and in micro-oxygenation. It has a certain reactivity towards proteins. 

SMARTAN® UVA SG undergoes a particular treatment called “instantaneization” which makes it readily soluble in water, while respecting his delicate organoleptic qualities.

TANNINO SPECIAL SG

Description:

Gallic-ellagic granulated tannin product extracted from selected plant materials.

  • Added from the crushing stage, it helps maintain the wine’s initial aromatic complexity and structure over time, effectively aiding the colloidal stabilization of the wine.
  • In maceration stabilizes the anthocyanins extracted from the skins, which would otherwise be partially lost.
  • A protective tannin with added clarifying action.

Tannino Special is a granular product and thus readily soluble even in cold water (SG Patent).

ESSEODUE BARRIQUE 10

Description:

One ESSEODUE BARRIQUE 10 tablet provides approximately 10 mg/l of sulphur dioxide when added to a barrique (225 L).

ESSEODUE BARRIQUE 10 is a tablet of potassium metabisulphite quikly soluble in wine. Its composition allows a rapid and precise additional of sulphur dioxide to the wine in barriques.

It aids greater gustatory harmony while contributing in any case to tartaric stability.
