Adding SMARTVIN® ACTIV decisively limits dust formation in the working environment: two important activities are thus combined, a highly effective nutrient and the respect of the winery workers!
Its balanced formation of ammoniacal and amino acidic nitrogen ensures the optimum supply of nutritional substances necessary for yeast growth, and those that act to support cells and adsorption of toxic factors. SMARTVIN® ACTIV is suitable for obtaining regular and clean fermentation. It is also optimal for carrying out pied de cuve and during refermentation.

Fermentation activator and bio-regulator in pelletized form, with balanced formulation for clean primary and second fermentations.
SOLFATO DI AMMONIO
Pure AMMONIUM SULFATE, nutrient for yeasts.
In anhydride crystal form, straw yellow, transparent, with a pungent and bitter taste. Totally soluble in water.
AMMONIUM SULFATE is used as a fermentation activator as it contributes nitrogen in ammoniacal form to the yeasts; this is required for their multiplication. It is important to constitute a sufficient biomass to complete the alcoholic fermentation.
THIAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE
Bioregulator of alcoholic fermentation.
Pure thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), totally soluble in water.
THIAMINE, if dosed in the must from the beginning of fermentation, can be an excellent regulator of yeasts activity, controlling also the production of undesired secondary elements. Normally when using thiamine there’s a more regular fermentation process.
